Amazing staff. Efficient and thorough. During COVID they have implemented excellent safety protocols and are very patient! I had a great experience with staff member Claire who never rushed the process of picking out new frames...she was kind, professional, patient and genuine. She went above and beyond. Very grateful for this health care provider!

I ordered a pair of brand-new frames from Oxford Optometry. The photos attached are what they attempted to give me. Upon receiving them, I removed the glasses from the bag they were in and inspected them. I never put them on my face. They gave me a filthy used pair of broken frames and tried to tell me that they were just dusty from the supplier. As you can see in the photos, the frames were covered in scratches, had makeup marks on them, filth was caked into every crevice of the frame, the hinge on the right side of the frame was broken and missing plastic, and the nose pieces were green and filthy. This is unacceptable in an everyday market, but to give me a filthy used frame with other people's germs on it, in the time of covid is beyond unfathomable. When I received the frame, I immediately brought them back to Oxford Optometry and advised them that they had given me a used, broken frame. The receptionist took the frame to the back area for inspection, and then after a few minutes, she brought the broken frame back to me. The receptionist stood in the lobby with me and argued that the frames are simply dusty and that they are in fact not broken at all. It took over 10 minutes of me insisting that the frames were broken and filthy, and me refusing to accept them before she took the frames back from me and told me that she would order me a new frame from the supplier. This business clearly has no morals. They never once apologized or admitted their mistake. Had I been elderly or not known any better I would have paid for a pair of used broken frames. Inspect your frames CAREFULLY, or even better, avoid this overpriced business altogether.

Have been going for regular eye check ups for the last few years. Always cheerful and helpful as well the show room of all the glasses they carry is amazing. So many choices and great products they carry! My husband and i just went in and got new sunglasses the other day and the service was amazing. Very helpful when choosing products to try! Highly recommended Oxford Optometry!!

I had a very positive experience at Oxford Optometry! All of the staff are very helpful and kind! Dr Sarah is very thorough and knowledgeable, and most importantly she took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the exam. I also had a positive experience while choosing glasses in the boutique! There is a very wide selection of frames in all price ranges, and the staff members are very knowledgeable, making the selection process easier. There was a balance between covid safety policies and good customer service, and I felt very safe in the office. I would highly recommend Oxford Optometry to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr Sara for many years. Recently I was diagnosed with cataracts. Dr Sara spent the time with me indicating my options which was deeply appreciated. Following my surgical in London, I received follow up care from Dr Sara. The post surgery check ups that I received from Dr Sara were thorough and any questions I had were answered in detail. I enjoy going for my appointments Thanks Dr. Sara.
