I'm dissatisfied with the level of care provided for me.. It was insisted they come for a home assessment on a Sunday.. Two ppl came and stay with me for an hour.. I was told to call county council and my case was closed.. I am still not well and my 'bad days' are becoming more frequent.. now at a loss of who to ask for help when I need it.. I'm told to self refer myself to Talking Space by my GP, Talking Space refer me to adult mental Heath who do nothing, I phone Talking Space again and I feel like I'm going around in circles..! Where is the help?!! Like a previous reviewer said.. this review with be zero stars if I could!

Awful. Confidentiality breaches, no accountability, dishonesty, inaccurate records, bullying, stigmatisation. I needed therapy, paid for, to treat the trauma syndrome I developed from their treatment of me as an outpatient. Dangerous and callous. Cancer care is streets ahead and Oxford Health's lack of care would be unthinkable in the Cancer centres I went to. Very sad.

Breaching confidentiality, a series of lies, amending Medical Records months after they were written, and refusing to discipline staff whom the Trust accept did wrong: a Trust that can't be trusted. Avoid at all cost. If the awarding of negative stars was possible, Oxford Health would score -5.
