Real muddy day slipping and sliding all over the place. Then I happened upon a fallen tree or half a tree. The grins and knots reminded me of how a river flows with eddys and swirls absolutely beautiful

Shotover has plenty of trails and footpaths allowing you to feel completely isolated even though there could be a hundred other people

Great place for the family... Be going there since I was a kid.. With my children and now my grandchildren. Great fun.. Climbing trees finding hidden places... Rabbits Hares.. Foxes and Badgers there all there..
