The staff is super friendly so that’s why I am giving them one star. However, when you go into the store they tell you you’re bill will be cheaper and offer you all kinds of promises, but when you get the bill that is not the case. I called into customer service and was told that was not true and if I want to get out of the contract I’ll have to pay an early termination fees. I have been a sprint customer for more than 15 years who will be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money!

Everyone super friendly! Very well dressed. They try there best to help everyone as fast as they can, and if its along time it's okay their doing their best. Their not there to ruin everyone's day nor mess something up on their COSTUMERS plans. So if you have a problem with them taking forever while they are trying to help you then you should have never go there when you are an a-holes.. yes to all the rude COSTUMERS.. that does have no patience for anything.. love sprint!!
They have a military discount which is great, I got half off my fiances service as well as my son and daughters service. The complaints about pricing seem misplaced, my entire bill was explained to me dollar by dollar and that is what it ended up being. They even emailed me a copy of what I was paying for and for how much. My suggestion for those who are worried about getting screwed over: Listen to the employees while they are explaining fees, phones and their service bills are expensive so it only makes sense to pay close attention to what you are signing for.
I was lied to about the amount of my bill. The whole process was a hassle and they would not refund my money even after they admitted they billed much more than they told me it would be. A year later and I'm still paying off devices and trying to get out of their web of lies. The corporate call center is just as frustrating and deceptive as the store. One star is being generous.
The sales reps do their best to help you, but Sprint is AWFUL! They will say you don't have a contract and can cancel anytime... then they will say you have a contract once you're with them. Since we had no choice to cancel (the reception was awful all around our living area) and overall their call quality was awful, we went back to Verizon and they charged us almost 700 to cancel services. The devices were turned back in and everything was fine. But we supposedly now had a "Early cancellation fee" for cancelling before 2 years with their "no contract" policy. WHAT?! I was worried about using Sprint in the first place, so I asked about the "no contract" policy a good 4 or 5 times when we went to sign up. Seriously the worst. Do NOT waste your time and money. This has happened to many people I know too... I found out after the fact.
You're better off just calling the customer support line and having them tell you how to fix an issue yourself. The store is understaffed so you wait long periods of time for help BUT the employee had decent customer service. I would travel 35 minutes to another location before returning to this one.
I got my Note 10 from this location. Convenient location, as there is a Dunkin to wait for while the employees help transfer all of your data to your new phone. Great customer service too!
The staff is amazing. Highly recommend seeing them if you have issues. They are always polite and friendly
