After visiting with my mother there were 3x the number of people in the office than should have been. Asked nurse if they called in the correct prescription and was told yes. Got to pharmacy paid for her prescriptions got home and it was the wrong strength. Called back after being on hold for 17 mins someone picked up said hello and immediately hung up and put phone on after hours message

Dr. Glasgow is the best primary care physician I have ever been to. I never expected to find a pcp in Mississippi quite like Dr. Glasgow. From the moment he walked into the room he asked what I ate and drank and critiqued some of my symptoms to be based on my intake. I was shocked, to say the least, but so excited. He focused more on tweaking my diet rather then prescribing 10 different medications. I have never felt better in my life. He was an ER Dr. for years, and I feel comfortable calling his office regardless of the case. I have read these reviews and I do not agree with any of the 1 stars. His staff is always there when I need them, and returns my phone calls. If you’re searching for a great PCP, look no further.

Not reviewing Dr. Glasgow. This is not a review of Dr. Glasgow or Dr. Castle. Both are VERY VERY good doctors. The unfortunate thing is the staff. The nurses are blazing Trump supporters. Not that there is anything wrong with that. But when you greet a patient, try asking how they are doing first, not who they are voting for. Office staff is the worst. Just middle age women who's failed at life. They never work or do anything. Billing department will bill everything as an emergency. If the doc asks you how you are doing, do not answer. I repeat, DO NOT OPEN YOUR MOUTH. If you say anything, they will change your yearly checkup to a medical emergency visit.

Patient Care is a top priority with Dr. Glasgow. He’s very thorough and takes the time to explain results of their lab work.

I've been going here for years because Dr.Glasgow is wonderful. But you have to be careful bc they randomly close without any notice. I called on a rx refill and when they called to tell me it was ready I specifically asked if they would have normal hours on Friday bc I would be driving from Jackson that day to get it. She clearly stated that the office would be open until 4:30. I arrived at 3:30 and of course they are very much closed. I specifically asked because this has happened in the past on multiple occasions.
