Found the exact kind of tiles we were looking for at a good price. Unfortunately they didnt have enough stock of the number of boxes I needed with the same batch nos but the order came in quick. Would return to this branch again as staff are very friendly.

We went to the Botley branch in lockdown (when they were able to open) and the branch manager, whose name I cannot remember, offered an amazing customer service to help us choose the tiles we wanted. We would go back to this store, in fact, we have been back!
Excellent customer service! They are so friendly and knowledgeable in here and you get a sense they genuinely want to help rather than some other places that try to stretch your budget with everything. Emma is great, would recommend asking for her if you need help!

Went in today to find some tiles! Nick the store manager was really helpful and gave us everything we need. Talked us through everything we need. Would recommend going there is you need anything doing
Use this shop all the time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They stock most items but if not available the the wait is not that long( within a few days) and the also offer a delivery service using a local courier.
Helpful, friendly staff and excellent quality tiling materials. The cement board they carry (Hardiebacker) is far more robust, stable and easy to work with and cheaper than the Aquapanel board available elsewhere.
