It was my first time there, I don't speak English perfectly, but the two people at the reception attended me and helped me with great kindness and a smile. I just needed a nail trim for my cat, but it is impossible to do it at home for me. I made an appointment and when I returned three days later the woman at the reception, just by seeing my face remembered the name of my cat without me saying a word. The vet was very kind to me and my cat, he asked me many questions to check her health and to make sure she had all the medical requirements. In addition, the vet gave me some tips to make my cat healthier and happier. I'll be back for sure.

0 stars would be more fitting, my girlfriend took her male cat to get neutered. After a initial consultation, wich cost 34, she had to pay 81.70 and was asked to come in for a check up consultation that would cost another 34. That's just a rip of now I had my female dog spayed, who had to stay over night and it cost me less then this... Literally just in to take people's money.

Went to get my pet neutered and it was advertised as 50. On booking the receptionist told me that I would just need to bring my kitten in for a preop consultation then they would book him in for surgery. So I brought him in a week later and was charged 34 i challenged this as my other cat did not have this and everything was included in the 50. Anyway I begrudgingly paid and within 3 minutes they'd seen him...what a waste of money. I then went to book the appointment which was a 3 week wait! Anyway I brought him in and expected to pay the 50, but was charged 82!! This was apparently because it included a cone, which if they'd bothered to ask would have known i had one. It also included some food which we didn't need and pain meds that did nothing to my kitten as he seemed fine bouncing around and the meds just knocked him out. The price also included a follow up appointment...however that cannot justify 82. The final fault was that the appointment for his post op was booked in wrong so I went to call to adjust the day and was immediately told \sorry I need to put you on hold.\... 6 minutes later I'm listening to the hold voice still and no response, i then hung up. Vets for pets is a total waste of time and money, 116 for a neutering is absolutely a joke. Should have listened to my friends and the other reviews. Poor poor quality, and judging by the copy paste response they give to all the bad reviews , the customer service is in all, horrendous.

We've had a mixed experience with Vets4Pets over the years. Having recently acquired a dog and taken him to this Vets4Pets for an initial consultation, we have found our previous misgivings confirmed and won't be going there again. Our experience overall: the receptionists are lovely -- very caring and friendly. The vets seem to be geared to trying to extract as much money as possible from gullible clients. Our experience with our new dog confirmed this: when we took him in 2 months ago, he was underweight, having just been picked up from a farm (where he wasn't wanted). Aside from giving him his vaccinations, the vet advised that he should have dental treatment for stage 2-3 gum disease (200) and should have blood and urine tests for diabetes as he was underweight (185 for each test). We sought a second opinion from another local vet (Iffley Vets). They said the gums were fine: the teeth would clean up quickly if the dog was given bones/chew toys (they were right). And as for the diabetes, they took a look at his urine when he took a pee and said it was just as it should be for a healthy (non-diabetic) dog, and that he was probably just underweight because he'd come from a farm where he'd been given limited, low-quality food. They recommended we simply give him time to put on weight and come back if there was a problem. They were so entirely interested in the welfare of the animal (rather than money) that they even persuaded us against immediately getting the dog neutered -- again, unlike Vets4Pets.
