Although the pandemic has made international shipping more difficult, Walters of Oxford offers the highest level of service and will make every effort to ensure you receive your order. My package circumnavigated the globe before being returned to sender because of issues with my local post office in Atlanta. When I contacted Walters, they promptly repackaged the item and corresponded with me several times to confirm that the package was delivered. It was very personal service. When I received my wife's gift, I reached out to offer my genuine gratitude. Most online transactions have become extremely trying, but shopping at Walters was a pleasure even from afar. Support this one of kind business!

I ordered a full Scottish highland dress through Walter's. It came on time and the service was excellent. Martin has been very professional and a great help. So many shops nowadays dont cater for men only. NOT this place - Walter's of Oxford is the place to shop if you're a gentleman. My kilt and I will be flying out to Hawaii for my wedding day in Maui.

Great experience Ordered a Barbour coat online at the beginning of the morning at 10-ish picked it up by 4 o’clock excellent customer service Ben was really good when phoning to ask him to meet us outside for click and collect. Ben really helpful. Next day I had to email Walters again to say the jacket was too big could we exchange, no problem whatsoever exchange the next day phoned Ben again he was there at the door waiting nothing was a problem.

After completing a year-long Masters at Oxford I really wanted a momento to take with me of my time here and I thought a tweed jacket would be special. Ben did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect coat, which turned out to be one of Walter's custom-made jackets they were demo-ing, a truly beautiful coat. Ben helped me find the right pants and shirt to pair it with and did so with impeccable service and attention. I think Walter's is a one-of-a-kind Gentleman's clothing store and a true staple of Oxford, I will remember my year here fondly when I wear my Walter's jacket. Thanks!
