Great service, no hassle, no hidden fees. Got a great price and even provided me with a return policy so I could get the car checked out by my mechanic - who confirmed the car is in great condition! Stress-free, easy car buying experience, definitely recommend. (only downside: there were a few people not wearing masks; the dealer was though so I wouldn't blame him it's mostly outdoors).

I was a bit leery about using a broker to buy or lease a car. I had always negotiated deals myself and been pretty pleased with the results. When I recently went to lease a Lexus GS350 F-Sport for my wife I became very frustrated in dealing with the dealers in the Phoenix area. They would barely honor the nationally advertised Lexus \Command Performance Event\ pricing/terms. Lawrence Buck at New Car Superstore was excellent to work with. He was able to arrange for a lease at terms that were much better than the nationally advertised deal and even managed to have the car delivered to me in Scottsdale within a few days. I highly recommend the New Car Superstore and will likely use them again the next time I buy a new car.

Their car buying process is so transparent. You see what they see on the computer. You get to see in real time all the companies trying to finance and then eventually the one that will and their terms. They walk you through the process with no pressure. The best part is how quick the process is. I will recommend Carmax to everyone.
