An absolutely beautiful building, the perfect location for a period drama film shoot. Sandee was the loveliest host, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even offering us some of her own belongings as props and costumes. We had a really enjoyable morning and I would highly recommend! Thank you Sandee!

This is a beautiful Historical Music Room which hosts events.
What a wonderful venue. Intimate, historic yet personal. Sandee spent ages listening and working to ensure every tiny detail was perfect. My guests were full of praise for the whole event...a special birthday lunch. Loved that it was so unique.
We had a wonderful first communion celebration for our daughter at the Old Barn. Sandee and her team of caterers did a fantastic job, the Barn was beautifully decorated, the food was lovely and Sandee was a terrific host. Highly recommend the Barn as a venue to host events.
Sandee organised the most beautiful 40th Birthday party for me at The Old Barn. It's such a beautiful venue and nothing was too much trouble for Sandee. We met several times before the party to go through the arrangements and Sandee organised all the food and drinks, music, cake and decorations so that I really didn't have to do anything except turn up and enjoy a fabulous evening with friends and family. Thank you Sandee.

We hosted a private dinner party at The Old Barn Oxted and had a fantastic evening! The venue is absolutely stunning, both inside and out and the attention to detail on our table was amazing. Sandee went above and beyond to make our evening and all of our guests feel special. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The venue has a great history to it and is beautiful... our guests were amazed about this hidden treasure!
