Worst customer service, expensive flowers and a snobby lady selling them. Everything seemed like too much effort for her, she was rude. I bought a bouquet of roses and after paying saw something else that would have been nice, however it clearly meet the minimum amount for card, instead of politely saying this she just huffed and disgustedly said no. Never buy from here if you value customer service and don’t want to be treated like dirt.

I was given a bunch of 10 roses from this shop for mother’s day. They looked lovely on Saturday afternoon but by Monday 5 of the 10 had wilted. By Tuesday they all looked very sad. So disappointing. I would have hoped for them to last at least five days. Worst bunch of flowers I have ever received for quality.
