What a poor excuse for customer service doesn't even begin to explain how rude the staff was. The man behind the range counter named Clay was the rudest person I've ever met. I will never come back. No wonder the parking lot is always empty with people like this working there.

Just called for details from out-of-town after reviewing Website. Trip planned to area next week. NATE answered and was MORE than helpful!! Got all my questions answered and looking forward to my visit. Been to enough Ranges that I know this will be a good experience. Good job Nate!! Love the range. Love the shop. But the staff is not what I would call friendly. In fact, I almost walked out because of the staff's condescending attitude. Had I not been with my son, I would have left. They acted as if my presence there was an inconvenience to them. The attendant that I dealt with specifically was named Clay. I probably will not go back. Check that.......I will not go back.
