No contract, but friendly staff on phone took credit card details and booked it. Booked exactly 8 weeks ago. They called and cancelled 5 days before we flew in. No contract - so no obligation to find me another car - but suggested a competitor who's last car cost us nearly twice the price. Refund not processed as stated they would on the phone and had to call them back again to get it it done - was told someone would follow it up - but I still don't have it. This was the last straw - would've let it go and not written this review if that hadn't happened. Still waiting for my refund. No local cars available with other companies except ones 3x or 4x the original price for this weekend. Very put out and much out of pocket. I find this all very unprofessional *UPDATE 3 months later* - still waiting for refund. Called them again 6 weeks ago, was promised it would be sorted out that day. Nothing still
