The worst bus company. Unreliable. Never pick up the phone. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The only positive is that drivers and matrons are nice.

The bus comes late everyday or not at all. I have taken my daughter to school 6 times this semester alone. It is very difficult to reach the company by phone. If the weather is bad, forget trying to call them. They must do better. They are working with special needs children.
Horrible Horrible Company. You need to stop bidding to transport children until all buses are fixed! My son has been on two buses this summer that has no AC. The first bus only the driver could feel the AC. Bus company does not care about the kids on the bus. The rules states- if there is a working AC on the bus, it is legally ok to operate on and transport your child. The bus my son is currently on has no AC. The windows are open and exhaust fumes are flowing in the bus giving a horrible smell and making the kids sick. I have complained so many times to pupil of transportation and nothing gets done. The bus company lies say they will change the bus or do a check of the bus then close all my complaints tickets out.
This morning 431D cut me off 2 times. Was going over the speed limit excessively. Went through a red light, Went around a car leading to two people almost getting run over on Pennsylvania Avenue. I think it’s safe to say unless you really hate your child, it’s a good idea to keep them off this bus.
Terrible bus company! Terrible customer service on the phone! Terrible bus driver assistant! Do everything you can to change the bus company for your children! Unacceptable behavior from bus staff! Shame on them for treating us and other families so bad!
