You have to try kokoreç and sosis, they both awsome and well roasted. I mean they are not too dry and well seasoned. You can have a seat and enjoy your meal. Worth to go.

Ozzie's is a small, artisanal place, famous for grilled seasoned intestines (kokorec) with sweet breads (uykuluk). They also serve sausages. Oguzhan is the owner (following his father's footsteps and spicing up the atmosphere, style, and the place with a modern outlook). His sister is helping him with \customer relations\. Oguzhan is preparing everything himself from scratch to your plate. Lunch hours are so busy; there are only 2 tables with 5 to 6 chairs and you need to have a rezervation to find a spot. There are high tables in front of the store but in summer it gets pretty hot over there. Ozzie's is located in Dolapdere and it is a spot you can observe some cultural aspects such as little kids chasing cars barefoot. As I am not a meat fan, I was planning to have meatballs on the way but on the spot I have learnt that there aren't any. So i switched to sausages and wasn't extremely happy about it. I tasted grilled, seasoned intestines with sweet breads and it didn't taste fatty, it was almost light and it didn't cause any bad after taste which usually happens after eating intestines. It is good to try out, people are very friendly, you may feel that Ozzie's doesn't live up to its WOM, e-WOM and press but it wouldn't be a bad experience. Call before you go for sure.

Best kokoreç in İstanbul, hands down. They take it *extremely* seriously. Also serve homemade sausages, sucuk and köfte. Reservation required for dine in ad they have room for maybe 10.

Shocked this place is rated so highly. Food is okay, but not worth the attitude. Not compared to other friendler places with similar or better food quality.

One of the best street food options you can find in the whole city - and I mean it both in terms of taste and safety (and if you've had some experience in this kind of food, it's aomost too good to find them tugether both). All types of meat dishes are their own make, and this is one of the areas that they are most proud of... They claim that, and I've heard that it's been confirmed by some other people who really understand what they are eating, that what your are eating is what they are telling you it is! So, if you would have to pick up only one place for trying some street food from meat, specifically \sakatat\ - btw, kokoreç is definitely one of its kind - as well as some other meat varieties, such as their own type of sausages and köfte (meatballs), this should definitely be the your first and probably only choice. I really hope that they Kelli the same spirit is serving the same quality for many years to come. As a plus, their new location on the road from Sishane on to Asmalımescit is much easier to reach and find. I recommend the place with no hesitations as of December 2019.
