The portions can be a little small but everything was well prepared. We were a party of 5. Highly recommend the grilled octopus appetizer - we ordered 2. We really liked the shrimp risotto and duck. Next would be the lamb chops and beef tenderloin. Last would be the seafood pasta and grilled salmon. The service was great and they brought out blankets for the ladies to keep them warm. They even gave us free dessert wine. The view of the coast is awesome and it catches the sunset beautifully.

We haven't reserved (and should have) but the waiter found us a really good table. He also created for us two really good cocktails (with passionfruit). One of the two starters has been forgotten (not served and maybe not ordered). Still, mine was really tasty. The lamb dish and the salmon were good (but the asparagus was really not snacked enough). The waiter was attentive even though one starter was forgotten. Nice restaurant with a lovely view.

The most honest review of Ambrosia online: There is only 2 table with a good view, and none that see the sunset. The waiters don’t appropriately where protective Covid equipment and there are constantly rushing around you. Is not a calm, relaxing environment. The tables are so cramped that there is no privacy and your wine shares a spot with your neighbor. Your duck that is requested medium rare will come out well done, the waiter will ask how is everything but when you tell him he won’t care to try to make it better. There is not enough salt in the sea or spice in a Latin woman to make the seafood linguine flavorful. You will be rushed through a 3 course meal in 65 minutes. The wine glass is filled inappropriately high. But...there is a rose on the table which I guess makes it romantic, as romantic as a flavored condom after some carbonara in your cave Airbnb. Therefore, three stars feel appropriate. Throw me a like if this was helpful!

Good spot for great views. Good and tasty cuisine but it didn’t wow us. Overall a cool experience.

Very quiet, romantic views, and beautifully plated food. The shrimp appetizer and veal main were very good. I especially enjoyed the shrimp as it was done differently with mastic sauce which I thought was a nice touch. The service is excellent with friendly staff. Definitely not a tourist trap, I would highly recommend a visit here while in Santorini.

Excellent service, professional but friendly staff, with a lot of attention to detail. Food was lovely, delicate taste and innovative. Obviously not a cheap place but location and food deserves 5stars !

It truly lives up to its romantic reputation. The staff is very accommodating. The food was incredible and the wine selection vast. We never felt rushed, even though we were one of the last to leave. When it got a little windy, the staff brought me a blanket to ensure I was comfortable.
