I bought a pair of sunglasses here in August 2019 and was very happy with the service I received. The sales lady was very professional and let me know my options in purchasing with the canadian dollar and also giving me the documentation I needed to get back the taxes when at the airport. The next time I am in Santorini I will be coming back here. Is there a website or email address that we are able to contact directly? It's not always easy with the time difference/regional difference to call. Thanks!

Purchases an over priced pair of Carrera sunglasses from here 2 weeks ago. The screw came loose and the right arm detached after 5 days, as I was on another island I had them repaired elsewhere. They have just both come loose again now and the arm of the sunglasses have detached again. Avoid
I just returned from a trip to Santorini and stopped in this store. After identifying a pair of sunglasses I wanted to purchase, the sales lady told me that I could receive a bigger discount due to the Tax Free Greece program. She said that the tax free program would reduce my purchase by 114. Well, after arriving at the airport and going to the Customs desk and the bank to redeem my discount, I was informed that the Oia Sunglasses sales lady had actually only listed the discount as 56. She quoted me a different amount in order to get the sale. If it were not for this deceptive act, I would rate this store higher. Her deception about the discounted price taints the whole experience of shopping at that store.

SCAM !! We happen to buy a pair of sunglasses from them and we were charged exactly double of the actual amount ! When I got in touch with the owner about the matter he was too proud to accept the fact that he did charge me extra because he has to pay his employees and pay rental for his shop But the cherry on the cake was when he passed a RACIST comment about Indians and how we don't want to spend money and how Indians are underpaid !! This is by far the most shameless person I am yet to meet !! I am a proud Indian who will never know how to rob people !!
