I recently had my Fiat Tipo serviced here. The customer service was excellent. They took the car for a test drive to diagnose some issues I had with my vehicle at the time (typical issues for a car that I hadn't serviced in quite a while). They returned the car back to me on time with all faults diagnosed and repaired at a fair price. I will be coming here again.

WARNING - BE WARNED I took my car for a service and mot a year ago. After spending 1,200 with them I left with my car and 24 hours later my back passenger wheel almost came off my car. They had not reconnected the wheel properly and when I called them they admitted it was their fault and that they would rectify the damage to the car. (I would hope so too) On top they offered me a free service to my car the following year. I have with regret now taken my car back to find out that they have quoted me another 1900 to pass an mot where other places were a third of this. They are not only over priced but a dangerous company. I felt that my safety has been put at risk by using this company and if you want to use them make sure that they have double checked the safety procedures. In response to your response. You are correct I did accept that and in hindsight I should have reported it to the motor ombudsman as my wheel should not have been loose and this was a danger to my life and others on the road. It doesn’t matter how you look at it. It is totally unacceptable that this happened and should never happen

Absolutely fantastic service from everyone at PMS. Purchased my car from here two years ago and still runs like a dream. We went in and were greeted warmly by John and Nick. They completed all the paperwork in under an hour and we were able drive away in our lovely car. They went over and beyond and the after care was amazing. They checked in on us after six months and we had the car serviced there after a year. We cannot fault their service. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional and should be proud of the job they do. We are! Highly recommend!

Took my Jeep compass to get serviced yesterday car came back to me with horrific scratches an dint on front driver door an bumper went absolutely livid demanding answers was assured it would be investigated by manager only to come back to us saying there was nothing wrong visibly when it was worked on no CCTV on forecourt and basically fobbed of. I can't stress how upset I am an wished I'd never used them total slimeballs avoid at all cost. Left it with motabily who were very concerned about the way we've been treated an damage to car told it would be thoroughly investigated. Words cant explain my regret for ever using PMS Limited
