After my injury on Oct 2019 and not having my surgery until May 2020, (due to Covid-19 stop non-essential surgeries) i was scared I would not recover. I am so happy with the support and therapy I recieved at P3 Therapy. I highly recommend their services. They are highly knowledgeable and supportive.

I recently hurt my hip and back due to over exertion lifting weights and exercising. I was in extreme pain for at least a week before my first physical therapy session/evaluation. After a series of questions and evaluating movements, Sara was able to identify exactly what was wrong. After my very first visit, my pain level has decreased to almost nothing. Over the next few weeks we worked on strength building and flexibility. She worked with me on a plan to continue my workouts and weightlifting by making simple modifications that I could incorporate in to my regular routine. After a few weeks, I was completely pain free and also stronger than when I arrived. I will continue to follow the guidance provided by Sara daily and long term. I am so grateful!
