An excellent and must stop wine tasting venue. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We chose to do the wine tasting and cheese pairing which was fantastic, and very well priced. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodate us all the our antics making for a very good customer experience. There is a restaurant, which I need to come back for but I'm sure it is of as high of a standard as the wine tasting experience. There is plenty of free parking on gravel which unfortunately is not wheelchair friendly but still accessible with some assistance.

Fairview is a must see if you visit the area. On arrival the goats are quite entertaining - pro-tip; don't touch them as your hand will stink and it's a mission to get rid of the smell. The restaurant has some incredible food and portion sizes are more than generous. The shop is well stocked with all sorts of preserves and cheeses and some amazing baked goods to take home.

The most wonderful family outing we have had in a very long time. The inclusion of children in tasting experience in cheeses and rooibos infused with pomegranite was so special. We had the pared cheese and wine option with taste of 5 or 6 cheeses with different wines for each cheese. Our host was amazingly professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and affordable for whole family. Most beautiful setting and view.

Beautiful winery with excellent cheese pairing options. The gentlemen who presented us with our tasting was excellent and very informative. Definitely going for another visit soon.

Absolutely loved my Master tasting just R80 for 8 pairings. Booking a must. Deidre is the best! Great for large groups. Even better in the winter. Make a stop by the deli and say hi to the goats

We had a most splendid visit to the farm today. Very safe in every way. We had the wine and cheese tasting and it was very good. Children and non drinkers are most welcome to join with juice.

This place is a bit different to the norm with goats to entertain the emagination of the guests who visit. Kids are usually very entertained by them and there are small interesting things that grabs attention. I saw a squirrel that was very entertaining. The cheese in itself is a great experience and the wine is nothing short.... The restaunt is top not and very popular and the option of a picnic next to the water also gives another angle to the experience. Certainly a must visit spot for anybody.

Very cute goats at this winery. Huge portions of food in the family-friendly restaurant. Would recommend the burger and the chicken pie. It was flavourful, with huge chunks of white meat and a flakey crust. I wanted to like the wines more but just wasn’t my taste. I never leave the bottle but left nearly half the bottle of the Goats Do Roam white.
