I was referred to Dr Franklin more than 2 years ago. The man is a walking encyclopedia. Very thorough! He diagnosed my illness in one session so the cost was very contained.

Unfortunate that my first contact with DR was with the receptionist (the face of his office) who "greeted" me very abruptly over the phone and proceeded to only highlight the costs of the doctor to me. If I'm going to see a doctor, maybe your first point of interest should be my health? "What is wrong" "Doctor can assist you with XX" Yes I can afford to see you, but a sour taste was put in my mouth after the lack of concern to my health is my reason for cancelling my appointment and finding another doctor.
