Trying to communicate telephonically was a nightmare. A simple instruction to repair windows 10 went horribly wrong. Further instruction to backup very important work files and re-install windows 10 (6 days after initial instruction) took another 6 days. The important work files (very important graphic design projects) seems to be lost as someone else's files were loaded onto the laptop. The technician's knowledge is very limited and the prices are rediculously high. An attempt to call the manager was a failure as I was told that she was not available. I left my name and number, but have not yet received a callback. I am very disappointed and extremely angry with the lost data and poor service received.

If NO star was to be awarded I would've given them NO star at all. They say 1 year warranty, but when you return the product within the warranty period, you have to wait for at least 14 days. 14 days without something you already paid for that became defective? NEVER going there again.

A fast stop if you need anything computer related. Not the cheapest, but you know you getting insurance if anything goes wrong with a company that big. Also friendly staff makes it a pleasant shopping experience. They are a bit limited with stock, so don't spend hours looking when you could just ask staff if they have it. Once spent ages looking for something they don't stock.
