Great breakfast spot when in Paarl and surroundings. Super friendly staff, outstanding cute place and real good coffee... Apparently it's more like a real cool artisan bakery but they serve breakfast and sandwiches as well!
Such a beautiful little nook! So happy I found it via Facebook. I’ve ordered three cakes and had lunch there once. Absolutely in love!
Moka somehow manages to make waffles that are both fluffy AND crunchy. I also had a bite of the carrot cake, which may be the best I've ever had... A must-visit when in Paarl!
Small, quiet, good prices. Almost house like decorated with all sorts of artistic kitchen accesories which are on sale for you to purchase, the rooms are almost like private dinning which I enjoyed very much. The creativity was great with blankets in a basket for colder times etc. I ordered a big boy sandwhich and thoroughly enjoyed it. See my pics of menu, and three different sandwiches ordered within the group I was with.
Cute cafe with delicious quiche! I had the mushroom, spinach quiche which was delightful. They have two other types as well but you have to arrive early as they sell out at lunch. The homemade strawberry lemonade was like nothing Ive ever tasted - definitely worth trying. Highly recommend for lunch or coffee/tea.
Quaint tea rooms with good atmosphere and good service. My wife and I wanted a light meal and chose to share a salad. This was no problem as they willing divided it into two separate bowls. We leave Paarl tomorrow otherwise we would definitely be back for more. Certainly worth trying if you are in the vicinity.
I am so sorry to see that Moka closed! This was my favorite place to visit! The food was incredible!
