I've struggled with a nagging Iliotibial Band Syndrome injury, for a couple of months now. I have tried everything, to get rid of my pain in the side of my knee. But at 4 kilometers of running, it came back with vengeance every time. Some times the pain I felt after and during a run was so painful, that it forced me to stop running. I made a appointment with Tilana Groenewald and with no time, she figured out what the root cause was for my injury. I went for a few sessions and I'm so glad to say that, I'm pain free. I can enjoy running again with out any pain. Thank you Tilana, you are a miracle worker.
