I am using their service for a year and I had it enough. Network quality dropped day by day and they showed me they have zero responsibility to solve their customer's problem. 10 day's of 'No Internet' and they send no lineman to fix the problem. Customer care services is very unprofessional, I see no response after they write down my complaint. And every month, there's atleast 7-10 days of "No Internet".
