Used A Signs to print a banner for my organization's upcoming event. Ink drips were all over the banner and when we called to remedy the situation we were blamed for the problem and told that \ no one was going to see the ink stains once it was hung up.\ Sharon kept going around the situation and not giving us clear answers. In the end, she insulted us by asking to speak with our leadership team and told us that it was going to cost her business a lot to reprint the banner. My organization will NEVER be using A Signs again and I would not personally recommend using them either. They are friendly when they print your products correctly, but when something goes wrong on their end, they are a nightmare to work with.
