Olandre M is very knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot vehicles. He asks thorough questions to verify i was getting exactly what i needed to repair my car. His customer service is exceptional and he always seem to be multitasking whenever i get to this store to get parts for my vehicle. Exceptional guy i tell you.

Didn't catch workers name but he was very rude. Didn't want to help us out at all or even look up a part for us. Not a great experience!! It's a shame because we like going to the one in Milton across from emerald sands and get great service there.
This store has been one of few autozone stores I’ve visited and have been satisfied with the level of customer service given. I stopped by the store to get wiper blades for my vehicle a few days ago and olandrae was very helpful not only did he get the right blades for my car but he walked out to my vehicle when it was lightly raining and checked to see if i had enough windshield washing fluid in my car and ensure i got some. He didn’t stop there.....he even put the wiper blades on. And when i tried to tip him he refused. I must say i felt bad that he declined my offer because i know AUTOZONE DONT PAY THEIR WORKERS WELL because my daughter worked for your company once but olandrae was filled with humility at pride and refused and that is a rear find in these times. I recommend this store to anyone needing help with their vehicle.
Joe P. is a BLESSING! He came out and helped my husband, who struggles walking due to stroke, with fuel treatment. It was difficult because we have a \capless fuel entry\. Thanks so much Joe!!!
Great store. Their professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. Olandre and alex were so helpful when i stopped by the other day to get some parts for my car. Alex was getting some parts for me and olandre suggested that i get everything that i need at that time rather than making multiple trips. Great guys, businesses like yours and customers like myself are really lucky to have employees like them to help the way they did. I can say this for sure they saved me from making multiple trips. They are way more customer friendly than your store in milton.
