If you are thinking about renting from Champion Rent-All, I would advise against it. A washing machine mishap put me in need of a dehumidifier on a Thursday. Decided to take my business to a local merchant instead of a large chain store even though the chain store was cheaper. Everyone was friendly and seemed very accommodating. I was not sure how long I would need the dehumidifier so we settled on a one day rental (due back by 3pm) and I was told that if I needed it longer just to call in and let them know. I called Friday morning at 1145 and let them know I would be needing an extra day. The person I spoke to said it was no problem and I should return the dehumidifier the next day. I returned to Champion at 2pm on Saturday only to find out that they closed at 1200. Without anyone around to take possession of the dehumidifier, I brought it home and put in my garage until Monday morning. When I returned it on Monday, I was charged for the extra time. When I protested, I was told that the person didn't remember my call on Friday and was handed the receipt with the new total already charged. I will not be going back.

Extremely satisfied with Champion rentals. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. There prices are competitive and there staff are friendly. I have rented from others in the area and hands down they have been the best.
