I've been to the Lowe's in Pace Florida twice in the last 2 days. The first time I bought a battery powered LED work light. At the check out I was asking about the brightness and wanting to make sure it would work. So Stan, a very nice older man and I discussed it a bit and I decided to buy it and try it out there at the check-out. Stan rang me up then opened the package and I could then open the battery case and get out the little tab blocking power. The light worked great and I was happy with it. Stan was so pleasant and helpful. Granted this was just a little thing, but it was nice to get pleasant personal service and I enjoyed meeting Stan-who then gave me a Labor Day sales circular and invited me to shop more, which I did! The next day I went in pricing and comparing Miter Saws for my husband who couldn't go that day. I met Jim. He gave me wonderful advice and info about the several saws I was looking at. We also discussed blade types and price comparisons. Then I asked about getting a replacement light for over my kitchen sink. He took me to the lighting area and got me all fixed up! Very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. All in all I am really glad such a nice store with great employees is near-by. I'll be visiting often!

You really appreciate these stores when you are in a jam working on something at the house and need a part right now. Finding a really knowledgable employee inside never hurts either.
