I recently put in a application for a 3/2 house I was denied with a credit score of 645 with 3x the rent amount current bank statements for income. No eviction. When I called to ask the exact reason for denial I was informed that I had a cox cable bill on my credit report I then informed the lady I spoke with that amount had been paid and I have documentation to provide as well she still stated that I would not qualify with it being on my credit report but again it’s has been paid she still refused to help DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR APPLICATION FEES WITH THIS COMPANY

REMAX has stolen most of the deposit owed to me. Numerous random charges including cleaning, when I paid 700 to get the house professionally cleaned. Every time we try to contact them to dispute the deposit, they have an excuse to not talk to us. Beyond frustrated with this company.

Whiting and NAS people DO NOT rent from this company. As other reviewers have listed they will scam you out of some if not all of your security deposit. If I could figure out how to get them blacklisted I would.
