Just closed on a home for the second time with Ruthie Johnson. Her professionalism and years of experience are invaluable. I can't imagine going through this process in the current real estate market with anyone else but her. Ruthie is one of a kind and one hell of a real estate agent!

Robin was very nice and apologetic for Ruthie's greed and rudeness. I was going to list our home with Robin Sherman reality. However, when speaking with Ruthie and telling her I made an offer with a listing agent on a much smaller scale, she rudely responded \well then let him list your house\. I said okay, and she started blah blah blah, so I said goodbye and hung up. Move on. They don't care about your circumstances or you. Just their comission check and the MONEY I was really disappointed to see Robin's excuses and responses. Something about a realtor code? a misunderstanding, really? When I called and left my voice message explaining to Robin what had happened, she returned my phone call apologizing for Ruthie's rudeness and unprofessionalism. Explaining to me that when she listened to my message about what Ruthie said and did, she was \FlOORED\ and had to step back for a minute, because that is not how they treat their customers. Well, I say, why be \FLOORED\ and appolized over and over; if you are up holding your \code\? Very disappointing you can't be honest.

Little about me, I'm Active Duty Navy Enlisted and recently returned from overseas and was looking for a new home and worked with Jessica Bradley. She is very patient and knowledge, not only about the surrounding area but the home buying process in general and she supported my decisions. No matter how crazy I got or changed my mind. Being overseas and communicating via email and messenger it was good to have someone on the other side providing \ground truth\ (for you military type). In total we must have looked at over 35 plus homes, in all different areas of the Pensacola, Cantonment, Milton and Pace areas. After two months of searching, I finally decided on building a new home. Waited another three months, roughly, for the house to be built only to pull out last minute during financing (different story for another time). Despite all the time and work that was put in to searching for that home, Jessica and I were back at it. Fortunately, it didn't take long to find another already built home and she worked the negotiations for me. Long story short, without her help or support. I don't think that I would've found as nice of a home in the neighborhood that I did. It was a truly and blessing and sincere pleasure to work Jessica and would recommend her to anyone. Especially military.
