I have had nothing but problems since storage king took over. If I call to pay my bill I get some operator that speaks at best broken English. Then they can't apply the military discount only the manage can do that. There is no number to contact the location manager directly so I have waited 3 weeks for a return call.

Very nice and professional staff. They were very helpful and even helped me check out my trailer lights as they were messing up. Never dealt with nicer people at a storage company. And being we buy lots of units up for auction, we deal with loads of new faces. So, to the staff of security self storage in pace or milton (whichever), great job you guys. Thanks.
