My son and I joined Pacheco Recently and our experience has been great , my son has learnt social/ self confidence , Listening and implementing instructions while having fun and burning excess energy , and made some great friends along the way , I have also met some great people and lost a bit of the the dad body , Which has helped me to surf better and be more active with my kids , I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who doesn’t like the normal gym scene lifting weights / mirrors egos ect . Thank you Dio and The crew , we walk out better humans after every lesson . Life is good
I am pretty new to Jiu jitsu, I'm just passing through sydney, stopped in on a few other dojos. This is the first dojo in Sydney that reminds me of my dojo at home. The white belts are safe to roll with and understand the rules. The fundamentals are being taught well. If I was staying in Sydney this is the gym I would choose.
Dio and his team offer outstanding Jiu-Jitsu classes, very professional and enthusiastic, has been so good for my sons fitness and confidence.
Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable. And the jiu jitsu is taught at a high level.

I started training here about 5 years ago and have been coming nearly every day since. A truly unique and amazing place to learn and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Diogenes has created a family like environment where people can feel safe and at the same time has maintained a high level competitive atmosphere. Open mats on Saturdays where children, parents, teens and regular adults along with competitors can all get together is proof of Professor Dio's philosophies and lifestyle instilled within the club.
