I'm a Thurston County customer. I called today to add yard waste to our services, and Michelle H. was more than helpful in getting the work order started. She was very sweet and informative. I've never had an issue with my trash or recycling. You guys are simply the best!

Missed Multiple times for many years- I have managed this branch for over 9 years and starting in 2017 the service we pay for is continually missed. I have an email chain with pictures, and it's mind blowing that the response I get is \Our driver was there at xxx time\ If my bins are full, how is that possible? Our cameras coo-berate that the drivers from Lemay don't show up, as do the full bins. Management won't call me back to discuss this, but we are stuck dealing with this company since no one else services this area. Dealing with this is a tedious waste of my work day. I don't recommend them, and based on the reviews it looks as if many others don't as well.

This company has shown some of the worst customer service/respect I've ever dealt with. First they take our trash cans thinking they belonged to another address, so we miss a week of trash removal. They take almost another week to get us the cans back after repeated calls. They refused to provide a refund for the services they didn't provide and they refused to take the accumulated waste from the week they didn't provide service. Needless to say we will be canceling this service and we suggest everyone do the same.

Have been having nonstop issues with our trash not being collected. Drivers are constantly claiming our bin isnt by the road when we put it out the night before by the road in front of our driveway. Then we are asked if we want to pay an additional fee for them to come back and pick up the trash. We shouldn't have to keep paying extra for our trash to be picked up when it should have been done properly the first time. 3 weeks of not having our trash picked up and one week of having to argue with the driver because he had to come back.
