My daughter just arrived the other day. So far not too happy with the communication. they seldom answer the phone on the unit. Then when I finally got through, they said the systems were down and I needed a code from my daughter. Finally got to talk to my daughter and she didn't have a code. Hopefully systems get fixed soon. I'll keep you posted. Daughter was released on Christmas. She said that it was a decent place. The phone system never got better.

I was admitted here before and the food and hospitality and the bathroom situation was abysmal

My cousin was admitted a couple of weeks ago. Its been very difficult for my family to get ahold of anyone or reach her to make sure she's ok. If they answer the phone, they take a message and we dont know if shes getting them. We're very worried.

I witnessed an employee hit a patient at this facility. They block all numbers and the patients are given no time to call anyone to pick them up. The staff is completely unprofessional. This place should be shut down. They will keep people there just to get insurance money. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

And absolutely horrible experience at this so-called rehab center. They were totally ignore the patients. The food was disgusting and half the time you couldn’t tell what it is! A lot of people said that it was just like being in prison. It was horrible you could ask somebody a question and he’s a deal sarcastically or they just listen to and walk away. This happened to a lot of the patients most of them! Also they lost my suitcase with my clothes in it. Was soon as I walked into the facility they got took my suitcase and who knows what happened after that. I wish some of the patients could speak of they’re mistreatments!
