I just recently started care under Jennifer Knisely. She is hands down one of the best mental health specialist I’ve ever spoken to. She’s a great listener, sympathetic, and caring. Moreover, she made me feel included in my treatment plan and I just felt so reassured after our appointment. I really wish this field has more people like her. Unfortunately, the office receptionists are rude over the phone, unwilling to help, and just wanna get you out of their way as fast as they can. I hope the owner will acknowledge this because the psychiatrist I’m working with is doing a great job and the receptionist is bringing down the quality of service offered by this clinic.

Where to begin... ok I’ll start with pre-Covid so there’s no excuses. The receptionist is not there to help you in any way or even to be respectful. Dr Bhatia prescribed medications he would like my client to continue taking but puts no refills on it so it’s very difficult to get them refilled when their office won’t confirm to the pharmacy that there should indeed be refills. Since COVID- waited well over 20 minutes for two different phone appointments since our time is not nearly as valuable as his. The most recent phone appointment was 25 minutes late so when I stepped away from the phone for literally one minute(phone records to prove it) we were informed we’d have to wait TWO MORE WEEKS for another phone appointment. No thank you. Steal someone else’s insurance money. Byeeeee
