TLDR: Highly recommend. Ask for Kayla or Mike! I can tell you from first hand experience that the staff at P.I. are first rate. Kayla, Mike and their team are the real deal. The service is one on one and personal. You’re not dealing with a different person each time you call. Kayla takes the time to talk and guide you through the process. As a first time customer, I was clueless on how to design, let alone place an order for T-shirts’ for a family event. She took the time to ask me what I wanted and my price range. After one conversation, Kayla was able to send me a mock up of the design I liked and was able to quickly process the order. I’m so happy to have found Pacific Imprints and the amazing family behind the company.
