Superb, highly knowledgeable, completely trustworthy. I've been going to them for over a decade and wouldn't consider anywhere else. You can trust them to either know your car already or thoroughly research every key detail and then give you accurate and practical advice, regardless of how high end or rare your car might be.

Kind, helpful, competent people. They have helped me take care of my Peugeot for several years, including diagnosis of a temperature regulation problem and replacement of the timing belt and water pump.

I brought my car for a repair last week, it was a Honda Jazz 2016 Hatchback. After it was serviced at Pacific Motors, honestly, it feels like driving a new car again. It's very smooth to drive now. Highly recommended!

The owner tried to charge 2000 for a suspension part which was worth 150. Agree with all the one star reviews. Not sure how they’ve gotten any positive reviews

Very happy with the professional service and capabilities of their mechanics. I'd been having performance issues with my Japanese sports car for years that other mechanics could not diagnose. The mechanics at PM were able to immediately diagnose the problem and fix for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back.

I've been to Pacific Motors in different occasions, in order to check some quotes for repairs amongst the mechanics in the area. I found that Pacific Motors overestimated and made up issues on the vehicle lifting the cost of the repairs, even when these were not only unnecessary, but in some cases, even non existent. In addition to this, mechanics are rarely available to speak to customers; this duty is left to the receptionist who, besides lacking in significant mechanical knowledge, was overheard making inappropriate comments on someone's vehicle, which was extremely unprofessional and rude.
