Shameful management. CVS has been tasked with helping us out of this pandemic by getting taxpayer paid for vaccine allocation. Certainly there must be a policy the store is using to avoid wasting leftover shots at the end of the day, right? And so there was, we put our names down on a call list, great! The person who took our name wasn't sure if they would start a new list each day, so we checked again the next day, and they were using the same list, great! We went the next day to see where our names were (to get a sense of how long we would be waiting), and what were we told? THERE IS NO LIST. Huh? Ok so whats your policy for extras? "There are no extras".. what? "If there are extras we give them to employees"... ok but after that? No response. Maybe this person was having a bad day. We checked again the next day, same shameful response. People on these call lists are NOT trying to go out of turn, they aren't the ones lying to get the vaccine early (as so many have), they are the ones trying to avoid wasting shots in an ethical manner, Why not have a list? You're vaccinating employees first? Sure, but you'll run out of them in days, why not have a list to avoid having people more desperate than me coming in hovering around the store? Ashamed to have this store in our community, have been for years.

The experience we just had inside CVS Pharmacy was Bart and none. Miguel did an exceptional job checking us out and recommended us some movies and books which was an amazing experience. You don't run into that type of Care at a retail store out and about running around it was nice to have some kind human interaction especially down here in dog eat dog Southern California.

This might be the worst CVS pharmacy of all time... where to begin. When you try to call by phone they either never turn on the phone so you can’t reach them or if you do get through by phone, they often put you on hold for 20-60 minutes. When you go in person, they are often overwhelmed, rude and not helpful. They act as though you are bothering them when you ask any questions at time of prescription pick up. I’ve also recently moved from out of state and asked them to make 100 percent sure no prescription of mine were on auto refill as they often refill without even requesting. They assured me that no scripts were on auto refill. Now it is 30 days later and they have as usual auto refilled two scripts and of course I can’t get through to the pharmacy to ask them to return to stock so I can have them refilled elsewhere. I’ve had to ask this of them before and often when they return to stock they never return the refill number on the records resulting in me having to call my Doctor to have him call them. Very exhausting and ever so unprofessional, and regardless of what you say to them nothing ever changes. I vote that they take this pharmacy out of this location before we all have to start taking meds just to deal with this extremely dysfunctional pharmacy.

this is quite possibly the worst cvs i have ever been to. the machines used for uploading photos don’t work properly. we ordered a border less panel, and the photo came back with a white border, to which the manager said “we don’t have borderless photos”. this contradicts what the machine offered to us, which was border or no border. the display also had no borders. then the manager kept telling the employee who was helping us to go stock shelves rather than help us with our order. passport photos came back blurry, even after the employee said “i do this everyday”. the pharmacist running the covid vaccine line was rude and had a major attitude. everyone in this establishment is gloomy and everything feels rushed. additionally, the self serve checkout did not print a receipt. it took around 10 minutes just to get one printed by the manager. there is no happiness under that roof. beware. avoid at all costs.

They gave me expired medication that I need to survive (for my asthma) and then would not swap it out or even give a refund. They only offered to call my doctor and fill it if he gave me another prescription. They were rude as can be. This should be illegal. CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE MEDICINE FROM THEM!!!! Better yet- avoid this pharmacy and go elsewhere.

This pharmacy has gone through so many versions of ineptitude, it's ridiculous. They are a bit more attentive now (appreciated), but no more effective. The number of snafus here is truly breathtaking. (Note to management: The reason you have long lines and irritated customers is that you rarely get ANYTHING right the first time. And often never get it right, leading customers to start over at a different pharmacy.) And all of the other complaints among these reviews are true. We really need to support the other local pharmacies over this one, which has survived only because of its location and store size. I see that the lowest rating option available is one star; too bad, if allowed, I would give zero stars.

I wish I could say anything good about this CVS, but I can't. at this point I usually call my prescriptions in at the CVS closer to where I work so I don't have to deal with this circus. Is horrendously managed and it takes forever to get prescriptions filled. Out on the floor it's impossible to get someone to help you. It's a shame because we really need this branch. Update: AFTER writing this review , after coming back 4 times, they filled the prescription and were ringing me up. A young pharmacist walked out and said to her co-workers "bye! I'm going to lunch". About 20 seconds after she walked out the woman at the register informed me that that woman was the only person licensed to do the required consultation. Therefore, they could not sell me the medicine. I told him to catch her quickly. They said they can't. I said can you call her cell phone and ask her to turn around. They said no. they told me to get the store manager. I got the store manager and he simply had no idea how the pharmacy section of his store worked. He asked them "can't you just sell it to him? He's been here four times." They told him they can't. An amazing experience. I will never EVER be back. I went to the CVS on Santa Monica boulevard and they filled the prescription in 15 minutes
