The ethos of Athena Herd stems from personal development, maximising lifestyle, health and well being. This is our focus. We personalise training, rustic retreats, events, workshops and individual sessions and participants can stay on site either in our Tree House, Bell Tents, or inside the farmhouse. Set within a 17 acre property in West Kent. A 40 minute train journey from Central London, fantastically located for London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports and accessible from Europe by ferry and/or train with easy train access from the rest of the UK.
