Good small centre with majority of wedding issues covered.

I recently visited the Kent Wedding Centre to hire waistcoats for my wedding. I had left things to the very last minute and worried that I'd be told that my request would not be possible. However, the service that I received was second to none, and they went out of their way to help make sure that my wedding party were kitted out with the exact waistcoats we had in mind. Even when certain members of the party decided they needed a different size a day before the wedding, the Kent Wedding Centre went out of their way to make sure this was made possible. Everyone looked amazing, and I can't thank you enough for helping us to achieve this. I will highly recommend you to anyone I know getting married in the future. Many thanks!

They have a lovely and wide range of dresses but our appointment left me and my bridal party feeling quite despondent. As soon as I mentioned our small budget Jacky looked thoroughly disappointed and seemed to switch off. I explained the sort of dress I was looking for and selected a range to try on. When I went through to the fitting room I was instructed to strip off and told sternly not to touch the dresses. Jacky chose which dresses I could try on and insisted on dressing me. All the dresses she picked were enormous on me. She wouldn't let me try on any she felt looked the wrong size. When we pointed out that it was difficult to get a good picture of the dress as they were so large, she kept repeating that the dresses would be made to order should I decide to go with one. Difficult to decide when you can't see a true picture of yourself in a dress! Jacky disappeared to get more dresses, and they were much the same as the ones I had said I didn't like. She didn't listen to our feedback or ideas at all. She also kept repeating that we couldn't afford many of the dresses. Overall, I felt awful standing there in these massive, unflattering dresses which were way out of my price range. We made our excuses and left. A really disappointing and upsetting experience compared to the other bridal shops we had visited.
