If it seems too good to be true, it almost definitely is. Avoid like the plague!! I signed up with Fettle in Sep 2016 under the agreement that if i met my (achievable) activity targets I would automatically receive active credits (money in the bank) to fully cover my life insurance premium (set up with Vitality). I was told that the targets would remain for the first 24 months, at which point they would be reviewed based on whether I was over, or under, achieving on my targets. 7 months down the line, my active credits hadn't been paid and I phone them to get them paid, only to find out they've changed the goal posts (informed by email, which was filtered as spam, a week before my premium went out) and that to receive my active credits for that month I would have to fill out an online form and have met a target 2.5 times more than my original. I explained that I had been working to my original targets for the month previous and that it was unfair to change them a week before my premium went out. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard a peep from them since. They're not responding to email and they've turned their phone lines off. I understand from facebook and twitter that a lot of people are experiencing the same and are very annoyed and are cancelling their memberships.
