I am not one to write reviews or give feedback but I felt compelled to give praise to a local firm who’s service was exemplary. I called in asking for advice regarding replacement glass for a “walk on” skylight in a 1906 building rather expecting what was not likely to be a large order to be too much trouble for them to bother with – I could not have been more wrong as nothing was too much trouble and the team there seemed to take a genuine interest in getting me the safest and best option at a very competitive price. The resultant 6 panels (sandblasted, toughened and laminated) are just the job – couldn’t fault the service at Padiham Glass if I tried.

I am always happy with what I order, it is always high quality. As for delivery I am told 10 to 14 days, but often you can add an extra week to this time, as a result if you have made promises to a customer of your own you could easily end up with egg on your face.

Went here today to have a heart shaped piece of glass cut for my lantern. I had the most positive experience nothing was to much trouble for them. The gentleman took my broken glass and the lantern, he was gone literally 10 minutes and came back with the lantern all fixed with a perfectly cut heart shaped glass window. I can't thank them enough and will go there again if I need any glass cutting.
