Received the trimmer relatively quickly. Had many problems with it, spark plugs, the pull chord, it won't start, extremely stiff to operate. Jason has tried to help twice and was nice on the phone but of the days I've rang 9 times out of 10 no-one answers the phones or emails and the message form on the website just says "we are getting someone". Support is extremely hard to get hold of usually taking around a week of multiple emails and phone calls a day to get even a single reply. Very disappointing. Will be asking for a full refund.

This company appear to have gone out of business and if they haven't, they certainly deserve to! They sold me a strimmer that doesn't work which took an age to put together with little or no help from the badly written instructions. After trying to make the Strimmer work with with No joy, I contacted their "Customer service", who were no help at all. That was 7 days ago, I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email and their online help but I have not succeeded in getting through. For all intents and purposes, they are incommunicado so I've now requested a refund via PayPal. Easily the WORST company I've ever dealt with - DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
