I had a poor experience at this store. The staff member that created my Tim account connected two lines. I have no idea why. When I visited the official Tim store, they couldn't understand why they had done this either. When I went in to highlight the issue, and the fact that I didn't want two numbers, the staff member decided that it was my fault and was very rude. Oh, and this isn't an official Tim store either, rather it is a franchise. In summary, I don't trust the people in this store and would recommend you do business with the official Tim store near the town hall.
