I am black, the lady at the counter was racist and didn't know I spoke Italian. When I got to the counter to pay, I asked for a fidelity card and unlike other stores, this lady made me pay for my stuffs first before signing me up for the card, instead of doing it the other way round and getting me points into my card from my purchase that day. She didn't ask for my email, only my ID, so I had no way of accessing my card remotely when I got home that evening. I discovered many days later after writing to the Customer Service that she had also misspelled my name into the system. Sad how because people think you can't speak the language would actually just neglect you and treat you like you are empty in your head just because of your skin colour.

You can find anything about cleaning your house or your personal hygiene and it is quite cheap, it's definitely the best!

A dire il vero tre stelle solo per negozio tutti le altre dove sono stato ho trovato mal organizzazione ,poco professionalità e tanta maleducazione .la mia esperienza stata pessima con uno di loro negozi .prendo un profumo mi sembrato troppo leggero nel confronto dello stesso tester che ho annusato in più il era aperto!.
