OMG. Chris the campground Mgr is the best. Greatest Customer service ever. Also very attentive, understanding, compassionate and helpful. She gets 5 stars. We will definitely go back. The street to get to the campground (CG) is a little tight, but many streets in Corpus are for that matter. The CG is well manicured and tidy. Spacing is a little tight but very manageable, it didn't bother us. The facilities, were 1980ish, but My goodness were they clean. It's right down the street from the Naval Air station and has concrete pads. A must for us. This review is for Padre Palms RV Park as stated in the title. So when we rate an RV park it's just that a rating for THAT CG. We don't take intangibles into account or that which is beyond the control of the RV Park. You don't like the Smell, Go complain at city hall. You don't like the neighborhood, run for mayor and make a change. The planes are too loud? Go to the dep. of the Navy or the Naval Air station and complain, I'm sure the Admiral will be very receptive to your wishes and cancel all flights next time you visit. As for the surroundings, for all we know the RV park could have been there 1st before the neighborhood. What are they supposed to do? pack up and leave. Close the biz? Be fair, be just. Judge the CG on it's merits, not on something beyond it's control.

Been here about a year and I love it. Chris and Carla are amazing people. They've made us feel right at home. The facilities are always cleaned and well taken care of, the grounds are kept and manicured. There is a pier right outside of the gate in walking distance, it's a great place to fish or walk your dogs to. We have really enjoyed living here.

Dont let the area fool you. This is a nice small little park. You can walk few hundred yard out back gate right to the bay and they are currently redoing the fishing pier. Chris was more than willing to help me when I was having a rought time when I moved In there. I forget the other managers name, but they both are very friendly and great people. Yes it is a smaller park but I cant say enough good things, didnt have not one problem the 2 months I stayed there. If you want to be close to water and beach I reccomend you go see them!
