FAITH SANGALANG

For emergency cases I'm convenient with this hospital. My son was rushed due to frequent bowel movement and vomiting (near dehydration). He was taken care immediately; nurses handle their patient with utmost care. Needles for injection and \swero\ (dextrose) application were swiftly administered walang pasa kasi magaan yung kamay nila. They were friendly naman. I think the rates are justifiable lalo na sa ngayong pandemic na treated as COVID lahat kahit hindi naman. What's important for me is that they acted right when my son needs medical attention.

They didn't contact the specialist until my relative was admitted to the hospital. The case was a (supposedly) rare case of lockjaw but my relative had to wait in pain, she's in her mid 50s, for longer than 8hrs before it got resolved. They didn't even inform us about the doctor's availability before telling us to admit our relative.

Unnecessarily expensive. The doctor charged so much extra just because we have expressed our frustrations towards their pricing.. so unprofessional. Bad experience.

We were waiting for almost an hour to be assisted since the IM advises my partner to take whole abdomibal ultrasound and requires fasting. They given us the form to fillout and process the payment. Once we proceed to the lab the nurse said that there is no doctor available since 9:30am and the next schedule will be 2:30pm. We were there since 11 in the morning and were not advise the sched for the ultrasound. Money grubber.

rates are high compare to other maternity hospitals. pati birth certificate, may bayad, also their newborn screening is very expensive, x5 ang sinisingil nilang rate compare sa iba.

Nearest to my place with parking space and complete facilities for a small hospital. Good cheerful interiors and smart use of small space.
