Horrible staff in this store. God help you if you have to ask for a bag to put your shopping in; the girl in here (daughter of the owner I suspect) is a total SJW even though everything in their shop is wrapped in plastic anyway. I didn't go back (there's a perfectly good main supermarket up the hill anyway).
Was really disappointed the last two times I’ve been In this shop. A lady in her mid 50’s who works there has possibly the worst working attitude and customer service I have come across. She’s simply rude and has no idea how to treat others. The way in which she spoke to me was unacceptable and something I would not expect from a worker. I have been coming to padstow for over 20 years now, I have experienced nothing but friendly characters until this unemployable woman. I’m really disappointed as I have nothing but great experiences in Cornwall. I know for sure, I will no longer support this store and I will make sure my views on this store is known.
Clean, handy and full of the usual SPAR stuff. Milk, magazine, chocolate, national lottery and oddly enough DVDs! Just enough off the beaten track, but close enough to pick up some milk when you've run out.
I really love the local Padstow Spar Shop. It is nice and clean and tidy,the staff are all lovely and friendly and the prices are nice and low(in other words not too expensive).
