While on holidays I saw a lovely pair of sandals on the sale but didn’t get chance to go back to buy them. I contacted the store to see if I could pay over the phone and have them posted to me as it was the day that we were leaving. I had already checked the website and they weren’t on there. I was told it wasn’t policy to do this but someone would call me back as soon as possible. Well Timberland I’m still waiting for your call! But I won’t be buying them from you! Poor service when every sale counts these days
Nice store in padstow some great items
I bought Timberland boots online. The fit wasn’t quite right, so I contacted the customer service online to start a return. I haven’t heard back yet (today is about a week after). I took the boots to Timberland Padstow, where I’ve been told I can’t get a refund, because they’re franchise. Fine with me. However, the (I believe) manager then totally went the extra mile to help me with the return. So I just wanted to say HUGE THANK YOU!
